Geraint Davies did not voluntarily surrender Croydon Central by launching this litigation two months before the election. Rod Dadak instruct solicitors Miles and Partners to file the Claim. Rod Dadak claims defamation is harassment.
Mr and Mrs Geraint Davies live together in a happy marriage, with three young and vulnerable children. Mrs Davies does not appear on the electoral register, a fact Geraint Davies cannot explain, because Geraint Davies has never heard of the electoral register.
