Before believing this crap, read the penultimate question

In response to a letter dated 4 April 2005,
what do you think I might have to say?
Obviously, Mr Arnold James was having difficulty thinking of relevant questions, because the intention of his letter is to further harass the victim of Barrister Miss Sarah Branson and Geraint Davies MP - litigation identities. As you might expect, I did not receive the letter for over a month.

Your incessant bullying
I refer to Mr Taylor’s letter to me dated 10 May 2005, including a copy of Arnold James, Legal Officer’s letter to me dated 4 April 2005. Mr Taylor’s enclosure is the first I have seen of Arnold James 4 April 2005 letter. They had the wrong address, please see document number 122 in Mr Taylor’s 10 May 2005 bundle, which explicitly informs the Commission of my address change, in respect of the above numbered appeals. Mr Taylor’s letter to me dated 10 May 2005, and Mr Arnold James’ letter to me dated 4 April 2005, were intended to harass me, at the same time as litigation brought in the names of Barrister Miss Sarah Branson and Geraint Davies MP in the Queen’s Bench Division of the High Court, sitting, perversely, in London’s Royal Courts of Justice. My ability to breathe is declining markedly, and is obviously reduced during the day, in addition to my decades old nocturnal breathing problems. My submissions to the Commissioner will, therefore, be increasingly amateur, but I will do my best, if asked, and given a chance to do so. The best chance to respond is to ensure legally qualified assistance is available to me. I do, therefore, ask that the Commissioner directs that, subject to the availability of funding, legal assistance is made available to me. Page 2 of 3
Statements by Mr James, and others, that this falls outside the gift of the Commissioner are rubbish. The primary objective of all officers of the English judiciary, including the Commissioner, and Mr James, is justice. This is not "justice within the law," whatever that might be, but justice. In my case, justice means making legal services available to me.
Yours faithfully
