1. the Claimants do write to the Defendant, and send two copies of this letter to the Court, within twenty-eight days, stating clearly the name and work address of a solicitor able to advise and represent the Defendant.
   
   
2. that the Court do send one copy of the above mentioned letter to the Defendant.
   
   
3. that if the Claimants do not so advise the Defendant, the Claim shall stand dismissed and all Orders revoked.
   
   
4. the Defendant do appoint the solicitor so named by the Claimants, subject to the availability of funding.
   
   
5. the Claimants do serve their notice of hearing of 21 June 2005 on that solicitor.
   
   
6. any fee obligation for this Application is met as soon as practicable, and does not obstruct determination of this Application.
   
   
7. this claim be transferred to the District Registry at Oldham.
