Sirs

Geraint Davies v Moore

Since you have not managed to reply to my 27 September 2005 letter properly, I assume you did not receive a complete version of it from anyone, and ask that your colleagues receiving this letter, pass a complete copy of it to you, and that they read it out for you at a sufficiently slow pace for you to understand.

I refer to your letter dated 26 September 2005 (copy attached). I attach a further copy of my reply of 27 September 2005, and ask you to reply to my letter properly.

Your Client is enthusiastic in maintaining the Broomleigh Housing Association block on my access to medicine, the Broomleigh Housing Association block on my access to employment and the Broomleigh Housing Association block on my access to state benefits.

Having failed to kill me by refusing me access to the medical devices I need to breathe, and harassing me with insulting claims that he thought I should somehow be able to obtain mechanical breathing aids from Croydon LBC’s Psychiatric Social Services Department, your Client is now effectively starving me to death.

May I please remind you of the scale of your client’s expenses claims from The House of Commons? You Client pursued with enthusiasm his own Claims on the state, including £38, 750 for postage in the year 2004/5 alone. Your socialist client could not find it within himself to share his fortune, or even allow me to have legal representation at the public expense he so generously lavished upon himself.

I note your client denies an affair with Barrister Sarah Branson, and claimed for a second home. Was there a problem with the twenty-four hour train service between Victoria and East Croydon, next to your client’s family home, with a journey time of only 16 minutes?

Yours faithfully
Barrister Sarah Branson

T Moore
