Judicial Mendacity
28 July 2005

  1. This page is not easy to grasp, unless you are very clever.

  2. On 28 July 2005, Mr Justice Tudendhat handed down judgment sending me to prison for 42 days, which means three weeks, because the British are too mean to pay the full cost of their own "tough on crime" policies.

  3. That decision was made on or before 21 July 2005, Mr Justice Tudendhat was obeying orders and I intend to prove it.

  4. Did the British Department for Work and Pensions have my correct address between 17 February 2005 and 21 July 2005?

  5. British Department for Work and Pensions had my correct address on 17 February 2005.

    What about 21 July 2005?

  6. On 21 July 2005, the Department for Work and Pensions changed the address it held for me.

  7. I could not be responsible for this change, as the Department for Work and Pensions claims, "Mr Moore did not contact the Job Centre between 19 July 2005 and 23 August 2005," paragraph 4.3 below:

  8. So an important letter, 21 July 2005 from the Labour Market Decision Maker, if it was sent at all, was conveniently sent to the wrong address.

  9. I did not know benefit had been cut off, until I was in prison. but the time for appealing is one month, so by the time I was released, on 24 August 2005, it was too late, but only just.

  10. The effect of this malicious decision making, was to double the time I was without benefit, including Rent and Council Tax Rebates, which meet obligations to pay for my home and for local taxation, from three weeks, to six.

  11. The complaints were about my publications on the Internet, by Geraint Davies MP (click here for his statement) and his casework manager, Barrister Miss Sarah Branson (click here for her statement) about web sites they associated with me.

  12. You can see their problems with Internet web publication, can't you?
