Re: Claim No. HQ05X00419 in High Court of Justice Queen’s Bench Division
I want to appeal the Order in this matter of 28 July 2005. I first saw this Order on 24 August 2005, and was only able to persuade the Post Office to restore mail deliveries to my home on 31 August 2005.
Please will you answer the following questions.
- Do I need leave to appeal? I believe the Order is a Committal Order, but I would like to appeal every determination in that Order.
- Do I need leave to appeal out of time, and how should I apply for it?
- Which Court hears appeals from the Queen’s Bench Division? I refer to the Order against me of 28 July 2005.
- To which Court do I need send my appeal?
- To which office do I send my application for fee remission?
As the lower Court sent me to prison, my Claim for Job Seeker’s Allowance was closed. I have filed a new Claim for Job Seeker’s Allowance, but have not received a determination of that Claim, so my income is nil.
- Will you accept a statement from me that my income is nil, should I wait until I can secure a determination of my JSA Claim or is there some other step a person in my position could take?
Please find a copy of the lower Court’s 28 July 2005 letter attached as page two of this letter, as asked.
I need a quick reply to this letter, as the lower Court has deprived me of an opportunity to meet time limits for filing appeals.
Yours faithfully
T Moore
