Rod Dadak

"I advise on all defamation issues – libel, slander and malicious falsehood – and also on privacy and confidentiality problems. In short, everything which concerns reputation protection is the field in which I operate. This includes anything published in the media which includes newspapers, magazines and broadcasting, and also material on the internet, as well as "domestic" defamation. Regulatory complaints are also handled in relation to the PCC (print media) and also to Ofcom (broadcasting)." "On any day I could be advising a client on defamation on a website or in an e-mail, another client who needs to defend a publication of a libel in a newspaper and another who has a privacy issue. It is a varied and wide practice which is never dull." |

Media relations and public speaking
"I have been a leading defamation practitioner recommended in both Chambers and the Legal 500 for over 10 years."
"I am a member of the Law Society."
Rod Dadak's work for Keith Exford, Broomleigh Housing Association, Affinity Homes Group, Geraint Davies MP and Barrister Sarah Branson, was not "primarily prepublication work, or advising clients on how to stop defaming or being defamed" (as he says).

Please note that this page does not say anyone is a liar, neither does it make any other allegation including that Rod Dadak's activities bring a whole new meaning to the term "case law."
I cannot say why Barrister Sarah Branson needed to be represented by solicitors Miles and Partners. Sarah Branson is a highly able and well read barrister, certainly far better than most guests on NewsLite (aka BBC 24) or the even lower quality Sky TV.
So if I could have a break from being incessantly sued for what you claim I think, including putting such completely false allegations in the mouth of High Court Judge His Honour Mr Justice Nelson, I would be grateful.
Notice they had to use "Megaproxy" to find this page - why did Keith Exford put so much effort into getting a Court to find a web page he says he found harassing? Is Keith Exford the new Mary Whitehouse?
