In fact the company enjoys limited liability. It is not a plc. Rod Dadak does not want you to know this Chief Executive and "Plc" are supposed to be in business only for the public good.
Rod Dadak suggests there is a difference, in his mind, between "posting defamatory allegations" and "harassing the client." As you can see from the Injunctions, Rod Dadak invites the Court to believe harassment is unproven defamation.
Would you believe that imprisonment was for tiny incoherent text on one obscure page?
Do one will be surprised that Rod Dadak obtained a gagging order for his litigation - because he's proud of it?

Rod Dadak's work for Keith Exford, Broomleigh Housing Association, Affinity Homes Group, Geraint Davies MP and Barrister Sarah Branson, was not "primarily prepublication work, or advising clients on how to stop defaming or being defamed" (as he says).

Mr Rod Dadak's client Mr Keith Exford has filed each of his four Claims against me, without any kind of notice at all, without exception, and when Mr Dadak takes my property, Rod Dadak does that without even asking.

Please note that this page does not say anyone is a liar, neither does it make any other allegation including that Rod Dadak's activities bring a whole new meaning to the term "case law."

I cannot say why Barrister Sarah Branson needed to be represented by solicitors Miles and Partners. Sarah Branson is a highly able and well read barrister, certainly far better than most guests on NewsLite (aka BBC 24) or the even lower quality Sky TV.

So if I could have a break from being incessantly sued for what you claim I think, including putting such completely false allegations in the mouth of High Court Judge His Honour Mr Justice Nelson, I would be grateful.

Another example, is Rod Dadak compiled an Order that I must not say Barrister Sarah Branson is not competent in the exercise of her profession. Why, Mr Dadak, should anyone want to make such a suggestion?

Miss Sarah Branson is probably more competent than Rod Dadak, and certainly better looking.

The gagging order - no reason given for it

Logic one might be inclined to associate more with Mister Bean

You would not expect him to sign such lies.

The Honourable Mr. Justice Nelson is perhaps not quite so careful.

In an attempt to avoid prison for 46 days - the British cut their prison terms in half - I removed the mentioned web sites from public view, and wrote to His Honour Mr. Justice Nelson pointing this out, apologising to the maximum extent I could, and asking him to discharge me from prison, as his paragraph 5 above says.

Did Keith Exford and Rod Dadak reward me for giving them everything they demanded? After 46 days being harassed in prison, in part owing to Rod Dadak accusing me of child sex abuse, I found this letter at the remains of my home.
